Czech billionaire Daniel Kretinsky and his partners are prepared to hire former Metro and Lactalis executive Philippe Palazzi as the new boss of French supermarket chain Casino, should their refinancing offer for the debt-laden company succeed, Les Echos reported on Sunday.
