In Kolte Patil Developers, Whiteoak Capital Mutual fund picked up stake while promoter Naresh Anirudha Patil sold some stake. Patil, who held 16.64 percent stake in the company, sold 15,20,088 shares or 1.99 percent stake at an average price of Rs 487.81, selling Rs 74.15 crore worth of shares.

Whiteoak Capital bought 4,09,834 shares in Kolte Patil Developers at Rs 487.5 per share and bought Rs 19.97 crore worth of equity stake.

In Arvind SmartSpaces, Kausalya Real Serve LLP sold 7,00,000 shares or 1.54 percent stake at Rs 582.02 per share, selling Rs 40.74 crore worth of shares. Kausalya held 6.29 percent stake in the company til December 2023. ICICI Prudential Equity Opportunities Fund bought 4,65,000 shares or 1.03 percent stake at an average price of Rs 582. ICICI bought Rs 27.06 crore worth of stake.

In BGR Energy Systems, promoter Sasikala Raghupathy sold 24,16,344 equity shares (equivalent to 3.3 percent of paid-up equity) in the company at an average price of Rs 89.59 per share. In the current month, the promoter already offloaded 31,70,882 equity shares in the company.

In Ami Organics, Pune-based investment company Sageone Investment Advisors LLP bought 2.5 lakh equity shares (which is equivalent to 0.68 percent of paid-up equity) via open market transactions, at an average price of Rs 1,075 per share.

In Olectra Greentech, High networth individual Ujwal Kumar Pagariya sold 5.5 lakh equity shares in the electric bus manufacturer via open market transaction at an average price of Rs 2,096 per share, valuing at Rs 115.28 crore.
