Shares of Gujarat Gas (GGL) traded in loss, while those of Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) gained early on March 11 after the company entered into a contract to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

At 9:34am, Gujarat Gas was quoting Rs 563.45, down Rs 6.95, or 1.22 percent, and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation was quoting Rs 513.20, up Rs 4.50, or 0.88 percent, on the BSE.

This collaboration entails offering liquid fuels, including petrol and diesel, alongside BPCL’s allied petroleum products such as automotive lubricants, greases and specialties, at select GGL outlets.

BPCL will supply automotive lubricants, greases and specialties at both GGL’s COCO (company owned, company operated) and franchise outlets. It also includes expansion of CNG Infrastructure with setting up of CNG Facility at BPCL COCO outlets and setting up of CNG mother facility at BPCL outlets.
