Bulk deals: JSW veteran Prashant Jain picks up stake in Coffee Day Enterprises

Prashant Jain, the former MD and CEO of JSW Energy, has bought a stake in in Coffee Day Enterprises. Through his personal fund Tikri Investments, Jain picked up 40 lakh shares, translating to 1.89 percent stake in the company. The shares were bought at Rs 70.94 apiece.

Shares of Coffee Day Enterprises surged 8.04 percent to Rs 69.9 on the NSE.

In Hindustan Motors, Shiv Narayan HUF sold 16.11 lakh shares, a 0.77 percent stake, at an average price of Rs 20.65.

Hindustan Motors’ stock rose rallied 19.95 percent and got locked in upper circuit at Rs 21.95 on the NSE.

In Enfuse Solutions, Nareshbhai Baldevdas Patel bought 4.56 lakh shares, or a 0.52 percent stake, at an average price of Rs 130.51. Karthika Kizhakkayil Manoharan sold 4.8 lakh shares, or an 0.54 percent stake at Rs 128.81.

Shares of Enfuse Solutions rose 3.46 percent to Rs 131.4 on the NSE.

In Homesfy Realty, Citrine Fund acquired 17,100 shares, or a 0.56 percent stake at an average price of Rs 686.86.

Homesfy Realty stock surged 9.99 percent to Rs 689.6 on the NSE.
