Shares of GE T&D India reached a 52-week high of Rs 503.35 in the opening trade on December 29, following the company’s receipt of an order from UK Grid Solutions Limited.

At 09:28 am, GE T&D India was quoting at Rs 490, up Rs 10.60, or 2.21 percent, on the BSE.

The company has received an order for supply & manufacturing of HVDC converter transformer worth 74 million GBP.

Both entities are part of GE Group and this related party transaction has been approved by shareholders in last Annual General Meeting held on 21 August, 2023.
