Bulk deals: Albula Investment sells Rs 135 cr stake in Lumax Auto, Nippon India MF buys Rs 112 cr worth of shares

Albula Investment Fund offloaded 30,00,000 shares, or a 4.4 percent stake, in Lumax Auto Technologies at an average price of Rs 450.52. Total value of the deal is Rs 135.15 crore.

Albula held 8.48 percent stake in the company til December 2023. Nippon India Mutual Fund bought 25,00,000 shares or 3.66 percent stake at Rs 450.5 per share, which is valued at Rs 112.62 crore.

In CMS Info Systems, Elimath Advisors bought 8,50,000 shares or 0.54 percent stake at an average price of Rs 378.82.

BGR Energy Systems’ promoter Sasikala Raghupathy continued offloading her stake in the company, as she sold 30,65,946 shares or 4.24 percent stake at Rs 50.9 apiece. Raghupathy already sold 11.99 percent stake in this week in different sessions.

In Bharat Heavy Electricals, BNP Paribas Arbitrage sold 3,50,20,250 shares or one percent stake at an average price of Rs 227.27.

BNP Paribas also sold 8,14,95,842 shares or 1.35 percent stake at Rs 83.91 per share in GMR Airports Infrastructure.

BNP also sold 3,32,36,062 shares or 1.13 percent stake at an average price of Rs 225.68 in NMDC.

In Union Bank of India, BNP sold 5,21,65,641 or 0.68 percent stake at Rs 145.95 per share.

In newly listed GPT Healthcare, Nomura Singapore sold 4,53,693 shares at an average price of Rs 202.46.

In Dish TV India, around 1.54 percent stake of Rs 59.87 crore value changed hands. East Bridge Capital Master Fund I were the buyers as they bought  2,84,46,351 shares at an average price of Rs 21.05 and BNP Paribas Arbitrage was the seller.

East Bridge already holds 2.75 percent stake in the company. The same set of buyer and seller was active in other scrips.

In Piramal Enterprises, 0.88 percent stake exchanged hands as BNP Paribas Arbitrage offloaded 19,83,000 shares at an average price of Rs 898.50 and East Bridge Capital Master Fund I bought the same amount of shares.

In Updater Services, BNP Paribas sold 16,66,700 shares or 2.49 percent stake at an average price of Rs 341.95 and East Bridge bought the same number of shares at the same price.

In Thinkink Picturez, Societe Generale acquired 3,00,837 shares or 1.01 percent stake at Rs 78.65 per share. Bofa Securities Europe SA bought 3,07,654 shares or 1.03 percent stake at an average price of Rs 78.84.
