Bulk deals: Standard Chartered Bank offloads stake in CDSL

In Central Depository Services (India), Standard Chartered Bank offloaded their entire 7.5 crore shares which is 7.18 percent stake at an average price of Rs 1688.64. Shares of CDSL fell 5.58 percent to Rs 1,689 on NSE on March 27.
In Megastar Foods Limited, Zinnia Global Fund PCC- Cell Dewcap Fund acquired 55,480 shares, a 0.49 percent stake at an average price of Rs 275.37. While Craft Emerging Market Fund PCC- Citadel Capital Fund sold 60,000 shares, 0.53 percent stake at Rs 274.42 per share.
Megastar Foods stock closed flat at Rs 278 on NSE.
In Samhi Hotels, TT Asia- Pacific Equity Fund bought 82.82 lakh shares, 3.8 percent stake in the company at an average price of Rs 206.1. Societe Generale bought 11.51 lakh shares, 0.53 percent stake at the same price. Blue Chandra PTE sold 1.01 crore equity shares which is a 4.67 percent stake in the company at the same price. Blue Chandra held 8.67 percent stake in the company til December 2023.
Shares of Samhi Hotels fell 0.31 percent to Rs 207.45 on NSE.
In Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund bought 8.1 lakh shares, 0.79 percent stake at Rs 630 per share. Vijaya Diagnostic Centre’s shares fell 1.38 percent to Rs 627.05 on NSE.
In Zee Entertainment Enterprises, Parag Parikh Long Term Value Fund bought 62.22 lakh shares, 0.65 percent stake at an average price of Rs 141.44. Zee Entertainment Enterprises stock gained 1.18 percent to Rs 140.9 on NSE.
In Zim Laboratories, Mathew Cyriac, former Blackstone Advisors India sold 3.51 lakh shares, 0.72 percent stake at Rs 96.1 per share. Shares of Zim Laboratories fell 1.19 percent to Rs 95.85 on NSE.

In Aster DM Healthcare, Olympus Capital Asia Investments sold 3.81 crore shares for Rs 405.02 per share and 60.74 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 406.72. Olympus ACF PTE sold 45.59 lakh shares at Rs 405 per share. Olympus totally sold 8.86 percent stake in the session. Olympus Capital Asia held 18.96 percent stake in the company til December 2023.
There were plenty of buyers for the stock as Smallcap World Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, Nippon India Mutual Fund, and ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund bought shares. Nippon India bought the most with 1.03 crore shares, a 2.07 percent stake.
Aster DM Healthcare’s stock fell 7.25 percent to Rs 405.5 on NSE.
In Aditya Vision, Smallcap World Fund bought 2.73 lakh shares, 2.13 percent stake at Rs 3400 per share. Promoters Rashi Vardhan and Sunita Sinha sold 2 lakh shares, 1.56 percent stake and 81,508 shares, a 0.64 percent stake respectively at Rs 3400 per share.
Shares of Aditya Vision rose 1.76 percent to Rs 3,360 on NSE.
In Ethos, Invesco Mutual Fund bought 3.07 lakh shares, 1.26 percent stake at an average price of Rs 2500.05.
Ethos stock declined 2.65 percent to Rs 2,525 on NSE.
