KEC International hits 52-week high on order wins worth Rs 1,012 crore

KEC International: The RPG Group company has secured new orders worth Rs 1,012 crore across its various businesses including orders for transmission & distribution projects in India and Americas, and orders from new clients in the data centre & FMCG segments in India

KEC International shares hit a 52-week high at Rs 739 in the early trade on September 12 after the company secured new orders of Rs 1,012 crore across its various businesses. The Civil business of the company secured orders from new clients in the Data centre and FMCG segments, for building a data centre in Western India and setting up of manufacturing facility for a global FMCG major in Southern India. The Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business of the company has secured orders for T&D projects in India and the Americas, including a 765-kV transmission line order in India from an existing private client and supply of towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas.

The Cables business of the company has secured orders for the supply of various types of cables in India and overseas.

Orders win in August

The company had secured new orders of Rs 1,007 crore across its various businesses.

The company’s Civil business had secured a prestigious order for design, engineering, procurement, and construction of a multispeciality hospital in India. The Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business of the company won a substantial order for a 380-kV overhead transmission line project in the Middle East. The Cable business, meanwhile, bagged orders for the supply of various types of cables in India and overseas.

The company had also won new orders of Rs 1,065 crore across its various businesses.
