The company had acquired the port in northern Israel earlier this year for a total consideration of $1.18 billion.

MCX | CMP Rs 2065 | Shares of Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX) advanced 5 percent intraday to a 52-week high before losing gains to close at 1 percent higher after it received the approval from SEBI tech panel to launch a new web-based commodity derivatives platform (CPD) after several delays with the market regulator earlier.

Inox Green | CMP Rs 64.78 | Shares of Inox Green Energy Services fell 1.86 percent after the company signed a term sheet for divestment of 100 percent stake in Nani Virani Wind Energy Private Limited SPV. The SPV, which is a 50 MW operational wind farm located in Gujarat, was commissioned in May, 2023. The divestment is part of the strategic decision taken by the company to become net debt-free.
