The healthcare index closed a percent down and the information technology index 0.5 percent. Realty and oil & gas added a percent each and the auto index 0.4 percent

The market ended flat after yet another choppy session on November 23, with the Sensex ending 5.43 points, or 0.01 percent, down at 66,017.81, and the Nifty 9.80 points, or 0.05 percent, lower at 19,802.00. About 1,976 shares advanced, 1,592 declined and 142 remained unchanged.

Suzlon Energy | CMP Rs 39.2 | Suzlon Energy climbed 5 percent to hit the upper circuit on November 23, snapping a three-day losing run during which it lost 12 percent.

CE Infosystems | CMP Rs 2,204.9 | CE Info Systems, operator of MapmyIndia, jumped 6.5 percent in the morning after the company said its board would meet on November 27 to consider fund-raising plans. The stock, however, pared most of its gains and closed 1.07 percent higher.

Cipla | CMP Rs 1,174.4 | The stock closed 7.64 percent lower on November 23 after details of the warning letter issued to the firm’s Madhya Pradesh unit by the United States Food and Drug Administration emerged. The regulator has raised issues of data integrity among other problems.

Genesys International | CMP Rs 357.85| Shares of Genesys International Corporation Limited surged over 4 percent in the early trade after the company announced a tie-up with Survey of India to “revolutionise” India’s map content. The stock, however, lost the gains to close a percent lower.
