KPI Green Energy shares gain 2% on 4.40-MW solar power project contracts

The projects are scheduled to be completed in the financial year 2024-25, in various tranches as per the terms of the order.

Shares of KPI Green Energy gained 2 percent in early trade on December 4 after a wholly owned subsidiary Sun Drops Energia Private Limited bagged fresh orders.

At 9:29am, KPI Green Energy was quoting Rs 1,178.60, up Rs 26.40, or 2.29 percent, on the BSE.

It has received orders of 4.40 MW for executing solar power projects in the captive power producer (CPP) segment. With this new order, its cumulative orders of solar power projects till date have crossed 148+ MW under the CPP segment.

Umang Fabrics, Vinayak Plasto Packs and Viraj Industries awarded the contract to the company.
